Team RXI Workouts for Home

These workouts are designed for no excuses and max effort.  No gym membership? No problem! Everyone has to start somewhere and home is a good place to start. Disclaimer: Consult your doctor or physician before doing the intense workouts.


Warm Up Routine
Exercises to get the body warmed up before doing the intense workouts. Go at a medium pace.
  • Bear Walk
  • Reverse Bear Walk
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Lateral Shuffles
  • Skipping 
  • Short static stretches (holding a stretch for 5 seconds)


Pushup Master Circuit

No rests during these sets. This is considered a HIT endurance core workout.  If you are a beginner, do 5 reps of each just to get the body accustomed to the intensity. Do 2 cycles if you are up to the challenge.

  • 10 Normal Pushups
  • 10 Fist Pushups
  • 10 Triangle Pushups
  • 10 Hip Pushups
  • 10 Divebomb Pushups
  • 10 Plank Pushups


Ninja Master Circuit

No rests during these sets. This is considered a HIT cardio core workout.  If you are a beginner, do 5 reps of each just to get the body accustomed to the intensity. Do 3 cycles.

  • 10 Jump Burpees
  • 10 Mountain Climbers
  • 10 Jump Squats
  • 10 Crunches


Heavy Arms Barbell Workout

Grab a barbell and burn out the arms with this workout! No rests during the sets.

  • 10 Forearm Curls
  • 10 Mid Bicep Curls
  • 10 Full Range Bicep Curls
